Going to be really interesting to see how much he plays when he gets back and if it’s a gradual increase as the season goes on. I doubt he plays 30 minutes early on but if he’s 100% healthy, doesn’t he deserve 30 minutes?

Well, if he's out for Drake, then it seems like it might just be a lighter game against E. Illinois, and probably whatever we need out of him in 3 weeks at OSU.

It’s a little concerning that it mentioned western Illinois “at best”. Hoping they didn’t have s setback.

From the initial diagnosis it sounded that Drake was the most optimistic timeline for both Solomon and Lindell. They are progressing but fact that Prohm has been pretty hesitant to even say that game hinted to me that he wants to be extra cautious and give both as much time as possible to fully heal. They just started practicing with the team yesterday taking contact for the first time missing Saturday will give them another full week of practice to just get use to the contact and probably the best move. I was really hoping to see both on Saturday but totally understand taking the extra time.

The beginning of the conference season could be a struggle. Hopefully they can do well enough that whatever setbacks they have they can overcome later in conference season.

Shouldn't be needed for Drake but I do think ISU will still need to play well and need to be better at rebounding for a win.

I think they can steal one in Stillwater but hopefully from there they at minimum split the next 4 or so.

I didn't realize KSU and Tech were ranked.

Well if Drake is definitely out, having them available for Eastern Illinois would be the best that could now happen. I wouldn't read too much into it.
