Pepper Jack, Swiss, or sharp cheddar with a Braeburn or yellow delicious sliced up is my go-to bedtime snack.

If the entire world could only have 5 types of cheese, and it was up to you to decide, what would you pick? I think I’d go with:
Cheddar
Mozzarella
Cream cheese (for cheesecake)
Gouda
Brie / Feta / Gorgonzola / Munster... I can’t decide!

No way I can choose just 5. I love cheese.

A lot of great cheese in Wisconsin, but hard to beat fresh cheese curds.
And we didn't know what real mozz was until we moved here.

I drove to Union Star for some fresh curds on Saturday and wasn't disappointed. Heading to Vern's this weekend for some smoked string. We are big on Vern's whips.

We had some fresh Malcore Dill and Garlic curds a couple weeks ago that were dynamite. Fresh curds at room temp are tough to beat.

I have no idea what you are doing with your dog, my interest is slightly piqued, but thinking it’s best not to know.

I wish it was more interesting than it is. Just a way to get him to eat his dog food by putting a piece on top. And yes he is manipulating me too but he is elderly so who cares if he eats what he wants?
