"Cold Weather" tailgate Food

Suggestions for Friday?
Thinking Chili made with graziano sausage and probably add some spicier peppers. Not sure yet if we will go pork chops on the grill or ribeye sandwiches. What's everyone else using?

Chili is a small chore for just the four of us. We're doing juicy lucy's, and hubby's making a double batch of Chex mix.
