Has anyone noticed Franklin standing by in the spring videos. He looks to me like he has put on a TON of muscle. The dude's arm look pretty big. I don't remember him being this solid. Anybody in the know - care to comment?

Uh, No. I'm a guy, I don't look for stuff like that. Not that there's anything wrong with it:jimlad:

I really really hope we get him involved in the offense this year. He proved towards the end of last year that he can be a major offensive weapon.

I am actually a close friend of Collin's... my cousin and him room together. Collin is just a very determined player... one of the most ive ever seen. He is currently working on his core strength the most of everything. he is taking Yoga and Pilates right now and plans to until the season starts. Collin is the real deal, he will go far. I would not be surprised to see him play on sundays before it is all said and done.

Also Collin loves the new coaching staff and is pumped for the season to come. other teams better watch out because as he has told me "I'm (CFranklin) out for blood this season."

I don't know him personally, but he is impressive. I think if we utilize him, he could be drafted.

I feel like I'm still in the man-crush thread, but Collin definately passes the eye test for a tight end. The kid is tall, muscular, has speed and great hands. I also think he is a guy that can play on sundays.

Somebody posted something a couple weeks ago about how if any player on the team had a chance to get drafted today, it would be Franklin. Hard to believe he only caught 9 passes in Junior College and now is one of the top tight ends in the Big 12

The Big 12 lost some great tightends last year and Colin showed some real skill at the end of the year. It's just a shame that he wasn't used better. This year I believe he will shine in the new offense. Remember what the Hermann's tightend did last year.

Why does he remind me of the lead singer of Creed
