Me too. Kenpom has it at ISU -5, but I'd guess it'd be a couple of points higher.

as a CU season ticket holder of 20+ years, I'm not nearly as impressed with CU as you are. Scott is very solid, but Wesley Gordon needs to up his game offensively. Collier has struggled at PG and might lose PT to the freshman from Europe. Talton will get eaten up by Morris. The Buff wings are a huge question mark IMO. Xavier Johnson is hurt and the transfer from CU-CS isn't eligible so they won't play. That leaves Josh Fortune to be the #2 threat offensively and the only 3pt threat. The next two wings are TreShaun Fletcher who can defend but is spotty offensively, and George King who redshirted last season, but played sparingly two years ago.
Unless the Cyclones go dreadfully cold on offense, I will be surprised if this is very close late.

I hope your assessment of CU is better than mine. If so it will be an easy victory. If it is an easy win, we are as good as advertised.

McKay needs to move his feet and stay down most of the time and try not to block every shot. Especially if their post player is their best player and is 6'11. I can see us going zone a lot in this game.

Without even seeing Prohm every coach a game, I doubt Iowa St plays much zone defense...all year.

I've been patiently waiting for some noncon home and home for either football or basketball against CU for my selfish reasons. I got super excited when I saw were playing CU in basketball, only to read on that it was a neutral site game. D'oh!
