That's one rule change that I would like to see. Give the replay official the ability to say that the helmet to helmet contact caused the fumble and assess the penalty from the original line of scrimmage. It was pretty obvious that there was a penalty on that play and the defense shouldn't be awarded because of it.

Thought that looked really similar so I looked it up. When Hawkins went for it against ISU there was exactly one yard difference in field position. Guess he doesn't learn.
