Announcers at ISU-KU game -- I didn't catch the total payout -- said KU is paying something like 15 million in fb buyouts for Mangino (got 3 mil. jan 2010, iirc), Turner Gill and Charlie Weis. Weis is being paid off on yearly basis thru . . . 2016? Might have to do a yearly payout, too, if contract allows it.

We all really loved Paul Rhoads and wanted so badly to see him succeed. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear he can do it.

Agreed. I've heavily rooted for him but it's probably time for him to be let go. I hope he can get something going in these last couple games, but that is highly unlikey. As of right now, I will not be renewing my tickets for next year. It's crazy how fast things went south.
