I see plenty. We found exactly what the salary is from the college, the we’ve also found their house and mortgage. Is that not evidence? Seems like a lot more “evidence” than is typically found on a message board.

Just throwing this out there, I don't think a lot of Cyclone fans would be complaining if we had the booster money to hire Moriah at Iowa State and had Marinelli in a Cyclone singlet filling our massive hole at 165.

I pointed out that that they needed to take a page from the Cyclone staff who were the very epitome of class and gentlemanly conduct. Also suggested creating a swear jar to help the Marinellis with their mortgage (thanks for the tip guys!). Should be paid off by the end of the season

My take on the situation with absolutely no knowledge... going to Iowa would be like putting racing fuel on the fire. Going to Penn State would provide the mental stability/coaching approach that he probably needs. Either way, if he ends up in the B1G competing week after week against that...

No it isn't. Just like the PSU slush fund that Iowa talks about all the time is an excuse for why PSU has dominated until the recent couple of seasons. Nate Carr is the RTC coach because it helped get David.
I am glad Marinelli's wife has a good job where she can help a top wrestling program and be around her husband. I hope he gets to stay there and have a successful career for the HWC.
I just find it very odd how people are looking at public records for salaries and mortgages for people who seem like very nice people simply because they are Hawks.

I think you're missing the point and what's happening here. Iowa fans are very defensive about the Marinelli thing even though they do the slush fund and Carr thing. We're mocking them
Would have been really nice to get Evan WIck. Going from not having a qualifier to a top 3 guy is a huge point mover.
