Anthony Jeselnik is one comedian I just cannot get into. I’ve had multiple friends recommend him and his podcast. I just don’t get it. He just seems like an unfunny arrogant dooshbag.
His delivery and persona is definitely part of his act. I haven't listened to his podcast (not a big podcast guy) but I love his stand-up.

This tourney will be interesting to follow since there are so many different types of comedians. The comedians that lean a little heavier into their persona for their acts (Jeselnik, Dice, Lewis Black, Bill Burr, Daniel Tosh, Robin Williams, Larry the Cable Guy, etc) are probably pretty polarizing.

And some people don't like crude humor, which eliminates a LOT of the field for them.

I enjoy his podcast. His stand up is alright but it's definitely a style all it's own. Sometimes I feel myself being to dumb to get some of his material.

Hope Jeffries at least wins a round. If I did a 64 based on my personal favorites he's top 10 for sure possibly top 5.

I love un-PC material. I think he's really funny, but not maybe your tea. His arrogant dooshbag is really his Persona and delivery for his TV show Jeselnik Offensive, the roasts, or his specials. He's really smart so when he talks about comedy and like podcast shows, he has a lot good insights. He find the niche that he could use the format well, but he still does other things too. He'd probably be better now than just his un-pc method.

I'd say to recommend him and other podcast again, but you don't get it. ;)

Would be an absolute crime.

Anyone not familiar with Bill Hicks should check him out. Definitely can be crass and has an edge may be uncomfy for some, but the guy was as smart and sharp with his topics and delivery as it gets. My definite #1.
