Nice! Even though not the same sports getting some mentoring from CMC is never a bad thing. Have a feeling someday will see Emily as a WBB HC and there are some great coaches right here at ISU that have culture in their programs she can learn from in the meantime. I really admired how when she was sitting out the other year that she was very involved on the bench both with the players currently on the court as the action was going but having some 1:1 discussions with players throughout the game too. I even noticed it this past year during timeouts she might grab someone that just came off the court or about to go in and had some discussions about something.
Guessing after doing a grad assistant this year she probably gets hired on somewhere as an assistant coach next. Would love to see her back at ISU in some coaching capacity but if she had head coaching aspirations, she probably will need to go somewhere other than ISU to build a resume and get expirience. Don't see any kind of opening happening at ISU until Bill retires as he's had this staff for awhile now and my guess they all hang around until he retires. My gut feeling is the 26-27 season will be his last as that will be Audi's senior year.
