I don’t know all the specifics, but I think that it is much lower than it probably was a year or 2 ago. It’s been discussed in media that he’s been working to shrink his body a bit and become a 197.

ISU wrestling’s strength and conditioning program is absolutely top tier. Maybe the best in the country. TOSU and Michigan I think are also really good. Not sure there is another in their league.
Ben Durbin is the man. It’s such a change of pace from the KJ years.
