Cyclones.com error Message

Does anyone know or can help me with this Error message “Object reference not set to an instance of an object?”

How do I solve this? I’m trying to subscribe to the game today.
I’m using iPad Pro.

Mediacom guide says Cyclones.TV is channel 68-2 (for Digital-ready TV) in the DSM area, but it's not there for me. Other channels coming in OK.

Anyone know a different channel or have suggestions?

I didn't have any problems at all last year with cyclones.tv. It's got issues this year though. I'm trying to watch the reply of the bowl game and the audio sounds like someone who's got a 3 pack a day habit and the picture freezes up.

I am trying to register, but it has said "processing" for the last hour or so. Anyone else have this issue?

I had an existing account, I logged in and purchased the football game pass with no issues. YMMV
