You mean there are not problems with this project? Oh my gosh. What's going on? How can I read something negative into this tweet?
This whole project really does show who the dumbs are that comment and read nothing. Or the haters who hate no matter what. If you have read or listened to anything Jamie has said since it started he has been extremely transparent.
I hadn't noticed that the hotel is elevated and there looks to be parking below it. I know it looks taller than Hilton here but I wish it was a little taller lol. Just like one more floor, c'mon yolo

True. It worked wonders on my deck I'm sure it'd work here too.
I will say it did seem frustratingly quiet this year. Always been positive on it from Iowa States side but was beginning to get a little worried from the Goldenrod side the way the economy has been going and the history of projects that start and then hit roadblocks and die.
Initial thought was Sept 2 was so far out...looking at the calendar and seeing it's like 45 days away. Summer goes quicker every year.
Looks like the grass area between the hotel and B2 is also being elevated from ground level
Or really, people not understanding how things work. They act like this is as easy as getting a permit to do work on your house (even that can be a pain). But there are multiple more layers to the commercial/government building process.
It never made sense to me why the hotel was considered the last part of this project and not the first... Glad to see that it will break ground in early Sept
