David Ubben on crack apparently

It must be some ****** crack because there is nothing wrong with those rankings. Yeah, you could argue that ISU should be ahead of Baylor, but you could just as easily (if not more easily) argue the opposite. People need to stop freaking out every time some sports guy doesn't "respect" ISU. It's getting ridiculous.
Am i the only one who's annoyed at the thin skins on this board far more than anything Ubben ever has, or will, write about us?
SplitIdentity is right, you are sounding like a Hawkeye fan, power rankings are decided on the field not by David Ubben, TTech beat us, they are better than us, at least they were when they had the chance to prove it.
Does that mean we finished #1 in the power rankings last year? Because it must be impossible for Oklahoma State to be ranked above us since we proved our superiority on the field.

I saw a website last year that had a list of every team that beat every other team, etc., and finding a champ that way. It was cool but I can't remember where I found it.
ISU is going to have to do more. Yes, they are 4-1, but they still have not really proven much. Tulsa and Iowa were ok wins, but not earth-shattering, even though Iowa was at Kinnick. They lost to Texas Tech at home, who had beaten no one, and just got blown away by Oklahoma (at Tech) and then beat a good TCU team in Texas who was going with their 2nd string quarterback. A good win, but again, not earth-shattering.
Now, if ISU had taken care of business against Tech in Ames, things would be much different, but they didn't. Take care of Kansas State this weekend, and then they will have shown that they deserve more respect.
