Fred suspended both Babb and Godfrey without any charges at all. It wasn't until later that Godfrey was arrested, which was his 3rd strike and resulted in him getting the boot.

He doesn't need to base his decision on the legal outcome of the situation. It all comes down to what really happened and whether or not he broke team rules.

For failed drug tests. If BDJ fails a drug test, or broke a promise to Fred, I consider those as valid reasons for a suspension. I was asking what you wanted him suspended for, since you don't know if he failed a drug test or if he broke a promise to Fred.
