Offer list is great! As a Western Minnesota native, I fully endorse the Western Minnesota to Central Iowa move!! Congrats & Welcome aboard Deylin!!
That offer is just so-so for the guys that have been visiting.

Guess I can finish my recruiting post now. ;)

All righty then.

Someone was complaining about not much progress with OL recruiting? BOOM!

Welcome, Deylin!!! Go Cyclones!
It was maybe me - not complaining but anxious. BUT this guy was likely our #1 tackle on our board in terms of wishlist, this is huge! The #4 player in MN is an elite talent, he could maybe be the best OL in that state???? Either way massive get and good work.

Think this guy might be next, got a crystal ball pick today.

That's one big dude! Not a lot of big offers yet but you can't teach size and I'll take recruits like that out of Ohio as this staff has a pretty good track record so far finding some diamonds in the rough.

Look at that football in his hands! It looks like a mini football!

If Henry comes aboard are they done with OLIne? (unless something impressive falls in your lap)

Maybe another guard/center type?

I don’t see any “bad” weight on that dude...
Henry cut 50 pounds on his own , sounds ready to work with Andrews.
Omigosh! I was just writing on my recruiting post last night about how Avery moved well for his size from his junior video, but could get in better shape. I saw that image just now and was like, “Is that the same kid?!” No wonder they rushed him in for a visit!

Unsurprisingly, yet another Matt Campbell Staff Special, who is doubtless about to blow up on the recruiting front.

Guess I need to go do a rewrite.

I’ll say this much. CMC has yet to take fewer than three OL in a class.

That said, A. We don’t know how many of the three possible seniors (Newell, Schweiger and Hudson) might return for their COVID Super Senior Season in ‘22. They’d count against the 85 scholly limit as the rules currently stand, and B. Attrition may become a factor—especially if one or more of those three sticks around.

That said, I’m not sure if any of the three stick around if this turns out to be a “mission accomplished” type of season—and the OL is well stocked enough that attrition of a player or two seeking playing time elsewhere may happen anyway.

Lastly, IMO Deylin Hasert is an OG long term, and Avery Henry now looks more like a definite OT (without me seeing how he moves at the lighter weight), so any position is in play for the next spot.
