Gaaahhh. I've been doing better at getting into the top 5 but it seems every time I split a mass of larger blogs comes and eats me when I'm vulnerable. It's like they can smell it.

My rule of thumb is not to split unless I can gobble up 2+ blobs, then wait until I join back together before splitting again. Seems to work out pretty well.

when it resets.. that is the best time to reach a top the leader board.

I stayed at #1 for over an hour ... then I needed to work and stopped growing, other caught me and I was #5... didn't last long after that.
