Spot on. It's our biggest game, our biggest rival - kinda logical to rush the court.
I think we should just rush the court after every win. Makes it a tradition and takes away any whinging by rivals because, "we do that for every game".
All I'm saying is look at the best programs in the country. Do they rush the court/field after big wins? No. There is a reason for that.

Im heading over to Beyer for the swim meet tonight...is it OK to rush the pool if we win?
Actually, yes, they do.
jumping in the pool after a win would be amazing.

How many times have you seen Alabama fans rush the field against a team ranked worse than them? How many times have you seen Duke storm the court after beating NC when Duke had a better ranking? Oh wait, the fans tried once, but Coach K put them back in the stands...

We are not Alabama. We are not North Carolina. We are not Duke. The excitement around ISU basketball right now is incredible. If our fans want to show their passion by storming the court there is nothing wrong with that. To a player or a recruit the current energy surrounding the program has to be infectious.
Now this I can see being a legitimate argument for storming the court at this point in our program. I'm not trying to be a downer by any means. I'll be one of the craziest fans in Hilton tonight bar none. Just tired of seeing all these memes on twitter/blogs/etc mocking Iowa State fans for getting excited over winning the coin toss for example.
