Woof. Good luck with Texas, they are an absolute load on their interior. KU got all they could handle from them. It's gonna be tough to score inside on them and they get back in transition defense pretty well. Isaiah Taylor make an insane amount of runners and floaters against KU. Limit his driving and force him to shoot from the outside and he is a pretty below average player.

Niang may find himself guarded by Holmes, who is just as crafty but taller and more athletic. Not sure if he'll be able to get many good looks over the top of him. Niang may need to get back down low and start manufacturing some buckets like he used to. Not sure what has happened to this part of his game this year. He doesn't seem as active overall on offense. If ISU can shoot a high percentage from three they can win because I don't know if ISU has the bodies to bang down low for rebounds. McKay will be able to out jump Ridley but he isn't going to be able to move him. Also interested to see if Turner can knock down some threes and pull McKay out from under the rim and what effect that would have on the game. Should be a fascinating match up.

Three times I've heard players say "We'll learn from this." I've also had students tell me this.

Spoiler Alert: Nobody learns **** from this.

They'll learn from it when they get their ***** knocked out against a 12 seed in the first round of the tournament.

Well, if by 'first round' you mean the NCAA's terrible definition of first round, a 12 seed can lose to a 12 seed.

Great. A paragraph about KU vs Texas in an ISU vs Texas thread.
