It was a better than normal crowd for the first game.

JMO this striping stuff is a waste of time.
Agree and if you really want it to work, spend the money and hand out shirts as people enter the game.

Don't get me wrong, if I were going to the game, I'd have worn the needed color, but I wouldn't really see the point, because I know our fanbase and I know it wouldn't work.

Successful striping I think only works if it's a major opponent (KU is about the only one that could be reliable to plan ahead). Not low-level non-league games.

A gold/white/cardinal rush is easier to make happen and even then it has to be high-emotion type of opponent (Iowa, KU, maybe conference opponent like KSU or UT).

I have never seen a well executed stripe/color coordinated game. That's why it's so much more frustrating to see TOE do it successfully each year.

I can understand it being a challenge for football - if weather varies, not everyone has all colors for several different layers of clothing. Basketball shouldn't be a big deal. Get a cheap T-shirt (doesn't even have to have logo/official branding).

I don't think they could get a good participation even if they had the right colored shirts on the seats for fans to put on.

I was able to time travel to the game this afternoon and grab a pic of how well the striping will go...

Yeah I don't understand why they keep trying to stripe the game. I get it for a legitimate opponent where people actually care but it just won't work for Florida A&M.

I'm pretty terminally online and I didn't even know it was a stripe game.
