i wonder if thompson has a brain sometimes. jordy nelson over james hardy, limas sweed, or todd blythe? man really doesnt know how to draft at all in my opinion

Jordy Nelson has better hands than hardy and sweed, and has way better moves that blythe in the open field. He will remind a lot of people of Wes Welker in the NFL, but with better size. Good pick.

I have been pissed off the whole day that the Angelo didn't trade up to get Mendenhall. Then we go out and get Forte when a RB like Ray Rice is still there. Not happy with how he handled the RB situation.

Thing is, they didn't have to trade up for Mendenhall, they actually could have traded down. I don't know though, didn't he only have one good year and it isn't always good drafting a local guy...see Eddie Curry . On the other hand, he may become a huge stud.

i dont think it can really be called a good pick considering the packers are very deep at wide receiver. yes, nelson may be a good player but i dont see why the pack didnt take flowers at corner from va tech and pick up nelson later.
