Anyone know why it is so early? Also anyone know if there will be scalpers outside the Knapp Center? $27 seems kind of pricey to watch these 2 teams.

The price always seems really steep down there but I always go because it's a good time and it's like watching ISU in a high school gym. I haven't ever bought tickets outside but I'd assume you'd be able to find a single seat for $20 easy. If you're looking for a pair then it might be a little tougher.

Sort of like charging $90 for the Iowa ISU football game. You do it because you can. Price according to demand. It's the the American/capitalist/free enterprize way!

The Knapp Center is a good place to watch a game. I know we are stinking up the joint right now, which is even more the reason to go support the team. Hopefully we won't go 0-6 vs the Valley under McDermott.

We already have our tickets but I also live about 5 minutes from Drake so time doesn't bother me so much.

And I don't want to hear anyone here whine about what they are charging when we charged Iowa $90 a ticket for FB. You know this is going to happen to us now that Pollard has set the bar so if you don't have a problem with us charging other schools higher prices then I don't want to hear anyone b!tch when someone else does it to us. If you don't like it, you have the choice to stay home.

I'm hoping you were discouraging future posters from whining about ticket prices because I don't see any of us in this thread complaining.
