"Dumbest" Accidental Injury

I'm not sure why she should be ******. It sounds like it happened on the clock on the work site. Or was there suspicion that she wasn't really injured?

I think the fact she was unlikeable, a bully. and obese to boot.

And feeding her face while walking down stairs.....and so blimpy she couldn't stop herself. Easily preventable injury
