Pretty positive it would be replaced with a mid-major team. Probably makes good sense, but will ruin plans for alot of fun.

You won't be able to get that rate for a weekend in September. Summers are cheap because it's 120 degrees (of course it's a dry 120:smile

Yeah, it's those Allegiant flights that make a Vegas away game attractive. Nothing like $89 one-way.
Although, in the past, UNLV has given us some nasty games, so it's not like it's a total gimme.
You can find tons of places on the strip to stay for less than $100 during the summer AND during the week. But weekends are more expensive and so is staying during the fall. Summer is the "off-peak" in Vegas where good deals can be had.
Who cares how nice it is? It's basically a big closet when I go to Vegas anyways, not like you get any sleep!
