COF is a POS company. Caveat Emptor. If we slide into another financial crisis, they will be front and center of new bailout talks....
Where in the rules does it show what constitutes a invalid vote? There is no stipulation on how many times you can vote. If we got the votes, short of hacking the site and falsely changing the numbers how can any votes be invalidated?
