Um, he had plenty of time to get to the sidelines so not exactly buying it. If true I'm disgusted just as I was when WV repeatedly faked injury last year against us whenever the offense got on a roll.

I hope you're just goshing this mid west hick.....Where I come from, we would step on our grandmothers neck to win a game. A fake injury is childs play.

Honor before Victory? I can't condone this from any team.
You guys need to grow up. They shouldn't have been even put in that position by the official. Every other team does the same thing. It is just part of the game now. It would be one thing if they were faking to slow them down, but they had substituted on the play already.

Teams have done it to us for years now, so I'm not going to care too much if we do it to them once in a while. Last year WV had guys going down to the ground with fake injuries on multiple instances when we were in fast tempo, only to come running back onto the field the very next play.

Exactly. They had a guy go down any time we seemed to have momentum. I will never forget we had a thread on it and some WV fan claimed that West Virginia would never do that and that he had lost respect for Iowa State for booing at the players going down and for making the claim that they would do such a thing.

Some people need to remove the sticks from their butts in this thread. Maybe surgically, sounds like it's really jammed up there for a few of you. It was hilarious.
