For us old people, it's just having a ticket and showing it to someone who lets you in. So we're now converting digital to physical.....
Really I'm not complaining it's just weird.
Probably shouldn't have said anythingI park in C1-C2 so the station next to the Hilton ticket office made it super easy to get the wrist band, and getting in the stadium was almost too easy. There was one person standing there who was barely paying attention. Something tells me that isn't going to last if more people start to use it.
Soon they'll just send out the wrist bands ahead of time to all the season ticket holders, in a big envelope and the wristbands will have photos of players on each one. One for each game and you just tear the one off for the current game. Can't believe nobody's thought of that.I thought the same thing. We've made this push to go digital... now we're taking that digital ticket to go back to a physical means of entry. Mind boggling.
There was also what I would say was *zero* security when entering. Literally did not lose pace in my walk going through the gates. I mean I'm not going to do anything bad but it is a bit suspect to get in that easily.
I thought the same thing, but instead of messing around with wrist bands, they could send out rectangular pieces of paper with the game and date printed on them!Soon they'll just send out the wrist bands ahead of time to all the season ticket holders, in a big envelope and the wristbands will have photos of players on each one. One for each game and you just tear the one off for the current game. Can't believe nobody's thought of that.

Really smart to use the Hilton ticket office too.
I am one of those that struggles scanning with my phone, I have them all ready in Google wallet and just hand the person doing the scanning my phone. Not going to hold up the people behind me because of this.Obviously some people still struggle with the technology. Fine. But even in a best-case scenario it is still considerably slower than before - perhaps only by a few seconds per ticketholder, but multiply that over thousands of people and the lost time is enormous.
How nobody has thought to allow you to batch up all of your tickets and scan them at once is beyond me.
Just donate more and you can park there...I happened to be on the south side of the stadium yesterday so I used the west entrance for the first time ever. It was extremely fast. No crowd at all.
Just wish you could get to the west entrance from the north side without having to walk all around the stadium.
