Yeah, Kelly hasn't really impressed me much. Bayless is a stud.

I disagree here. Kelly has been turnover prone, which has hurt, but what freshman aren't TO prone?

He can create his own shot, and they need someone like this in Lickliter's offense for when they need bailed out at the end of the shot clock. He's going to be fine.

It does bug me, though, that it looks like he carries the ball consistently on his drives.

Kelly has impressed me as well and I think he is going to be very good once he grows into the game. He has great size for a 2-3 type and very smooth with the ball. He was near dominant the first half against us...

Kelly's game reminds me of a less athletic Wes Johnson.

If Kelly is so good, why did he decide to go to Iowa and play for Alford. Was anybody else even recruiting him?

Some may say you could say the same about Wesley Johnson.

I'm just saying I think he shows promise, especially as a freshman. At this point it doesn't matter who recruited him or why in the world he wanted to play for Alford!
