Because the 'I' and the 'A' in stAte line up in the center, so you know it is IA STATE. I have always thought that was teh coolest part - how that lined up perfectly like that.

Because if they know anything, anything AT ALL about College Football, they know none of those schools' State university is D1.

Haha, well I know you know sports Al but some people wouldn't know if Idaho State, Indiana State are D1. The old timers may go, "yeah that Indiana State was good in basketball once when Bird played Magic for the NCAA title."
Also to put this as delicate as I can, I used an example of a guy from South Carolina. I think an occasional football watcher may not know any better. You and I do, but they may not. I get your point though.

I think that those are freaking awesome. And I don't know that the colors are too far off if not right on. For those who don't know, IF Nike were to do a pro combat for us, it's not a total uni change. I think that Nike brings those out for an "alternate" uni. Mizzou used them for a couple of games last year.

I must be crazy because I think the fake Nike uniform sucks, and I mean really sucks. Then again, I hate just about every uniform Nike puts out, so I could jut be biased.
