Rhoads is a nice guy. He was the coach we needed in the "I am so proud era". What do we need now though? A coach who can at least win our out of conference games. If any coach can't provide that they should be gone. And if the AD put us in a position where we can't afford to fire a coach who can't do that? The AD should be gone too.
