You can get the theme through Firefox. Click on Add-ons and then search the Personas. The Iowa State persona is already there. I'm rocking it in 4.0 right now.

I've been using the Iowa State theme for Chrome for a while now, too. Definitely a good choice. Thank you to whomever it was that designed it!
Link gave me something but not very good, the search in the personas still came up that the Iowa State theme is not compatible with my version of 4.0 grrrrr.

What are the upgrades? I have 3.16.1774493433930 or whatever it is. I have a kick *** Bulls theme right now that I do not want to get rid of.
The new 4.0 is out....I love it but just not the same without my beloved Cyclone theme.
This thread just clued me into this theme. How have I lived without it for so long?!?!

Also, I sent a private message to the author "Nick" of the theme to see if he has plans for updating the Cyclone theme for Firefox 4.0 Beta.

Nearly 45,000 downloads of the original theme. Pretty good showing by the Cyclone crowd.

I created the original theme and will see what I can do about updating the theme for the new version of Firefox. Should be able to get it done within a week or so.

Now I'm confused. I was thinking I was using the Firefox 4.0 beta version and I hit the link and now have the I-State theme so either it already works in the beta or else I am not using the beta.
4.0 has been released. It's no longer beta. I like the full screen look. Makes all webpages look bigger.
Doesn't Firefox usually tell you when a new update is up? I haven't seen anything that tells me a new version is out (besides going to the web site, that is).
Sorry, it's going to be a bit til I get it finished. They really changed a lot with the way the browser in skinned in this version, and I've had a lot of stuff going on at work recently so I've been swamped. I'll try my best to get it done as soon as possible - I should have a good chunk of time to work on it next weekend.
