On the other hand, no one had ever done more with someone else's players than Bruce Weber. Let's see how he recruits. My guess is not very well

When we lost at KSU, I started trying to figure the number of years it was going to take to count them as two sure wins. My guess ended up being two seasons from now.

If there is something that we've learned from Hoiburg, it should be that it takes time to build a program. ISU got last place his first year as coach, I believe Martin will only make things better at south carolina. You can't judge a coach after only one year.

Frank Martin is a really good coach. I wouldn't be surprised if SC is competing with Kentucky and Florida for an SEC championship in a couple of years. I wouldn't be surprised if K-State falls apart over the next few years. I wouldn't be surprised if we struggle a bit next season (NIT-type team). Building a team and coaching are much longer term projects than fans see it.

He and the AD at K-State essentially hated each other. That is why he wanted to get out of town as soon as possible. He tried to get the Miami job the year before as well. But an awful year for angry Frank.

Angry Frank? Frank has never been angry for a moment in his life...
