I'll be at a bar/restaurant and I was actually just looking up some new drinks to order....I'm pretty terrible at knowing what to try/what a bar will serve.

I like amaretto, rum& coke, used to like white russians......not a martini person. So now I'm going to keep reading this thread to see what suggestions pop up.

Bourbon ginger... (ginger ale and bourbon)... Favorite quick and easy drink. Only order with canada dry gingerale though.

Hopslam, followed by Macallans 12. (18 is just too expensive, but I'm splurging on a bottle if we win the big 12 tourney).

The 12 is nice. That is my drink of choice. I was privileged to drink some Macallan 1824 Estate Preserve the last time I was in the twin cities. Like butta. Soooo good.

Nothing too special for tonight, if we win tonight though, tomorrow night will be something special for sure. I'll already have made my purchase for tonight by game time, but I guess if I get excited I have some Crown and Butterscoth Schnapps.

Smoking a shoulder and some cheese, so it will definitely be a cold beer. Killian's Red to start, but if things start like yestereday, I will switch to the Busch Light or Bud Light Lime. Yesterday I started with Goose Island, but switched back to Lite.

A fellow cheap Canadian whiskey drinker, good man!

What's your go-to? I'm a Windsor man, myself. Tonight I'll probably start with Crown though, being as it's a special occasion & all.

My favorite is the Crown Black and I do drink a fair amount of crown. Tonight though, I'm more into quantity, not quality, so more like Canadian LTD!

My first home brew

Autumn Amber Ale

It will probably be 3 months before I drink another stout. I drank Guinness, Murphys, or Beamish every day for 10 days while in Ireland.

Busch light, PBR, Corona, Blond Fatale, Heineken, etc., etc. It's clean out the beer fridge night.
