Fun fact. Pepsico created Allsport in order to compete with Gatorade. Allsport didn't cut it so Pepsico sold it off and bought Gatorade. The more you know.

Well I wasn't pulling a Manti Teo if that's what you were wondering.. If you need more proof, I'll run downstairs and buy an Allsport and post a pic of it here

Nah, I was just checking. I didn't think it was around anymore either. But there are always those products that you think are gone, but still show up in regional markets or at a dollar store, but stale. Clorets gum comes to mind.

Powerade is usually about half of the cost at Hy-Vee, so we usually go that route.

Only powerade I will even consider drinking is WHITE CHERRY. Back in the mid 90's there was a "Sour Apple" Gatorade. It was the BEST EVER. To this day I haven't seem it since I was like 10 and have never met anyone else that's had it but after a small search I do know it did exist and I'm not crazy. Anyone else remember it?? From what I read it sounds like it was a limited release on the east coast....one weird thing is it isn't listed as flavors of Gatorades past or present on their wiki.

As far as sports drinks, I actually would love to have "Recharge" made by R.W. Knudson, but it is super expensive.

Gatorade is better but I'm normally just looking for something which isn't water to drink and Powerade is cheaper so that generally ends up in my cart.
