Ramos vs Dennis. Gilman left there due to Spencer being the end all in the coaches eyes. Much ado about nothing in this instance imo. Drake's mom should have simply stayed calm and not posted garbage.
Yep Gilman didn’t seem right. Thanks for the correction

Went back and watched some of the Soldier Salute replays. It did seem like Lee had something go a little wrong against Volk in the semis, as he really cruised Suriano style in the 3rd, and was likely wanting Ayala to MFF to him for the finals. That obviously didn't happen. Lee looked a little pissed. and took it out on Ayala accordingly. This just seems like him setting the order in the pack. Frankly Ayala showed just how far away most every 125 lber is from Lee when Lee is motivated. Look out.

Just imagine how pissed Lee's going to be when Kysen knocks him to the consolations at Nationals ;)

Fix really going to go 125? Personally I’d love to see that finals match Fix v Lee going for his 4th. Spencer in this condition is going to struggle mightily with Glory as well.

Honestly, I think Fix has a better chance against a potentially hobbled Lee over RBY
The recipe is there to beat fix. It takes a certain athlete and wrestler to be able to weather the storm, but if you take him to deep waters in the close match after 1, he’s beatable. He has stamina issues that fix and glory could take advantage of.

I've always thought he was a tank 33. That cut down to 125 would have to suck for him. I'm in the camp he stays at 33 and tries to finally get RBY. Plus add in they have Mastro at 25 who no way goes up to 33 and scores team points for them there vs at 25.

If Fix wants to go 125 and win a title, I don’t think they care about an extra 2 or 3 team points. 20 for finalist and 25 to win it gives cowboys a couple extra. Mastro has struggles big time on bottom and no guarantee he places. I’ve also heard he cuts hard to make 125 and maybe carter young goes down to 133? Or Witcraft isn’t bad. Either way it’s not that much or a difference for a team not in the hunt. As said Fix is also off the juice and now maybe 57kg is in the picture

Seems eerily similar to Spencer’s senior year of high school. A hobbled Spencer was denied his 4th title by someone who had never won a championship. Does history repeat itself?

I was going sneak over to it with Little JM to scout both teams since I live close but his mom shot me down…
I hope you have tickets to the Iowa State dual there because that place will be rocking! I kinda wish it was in West Gym but the McLeod Center allows for more fans to watch and enjoy this great sport

Well I would have tickets to that dual but I was told I’m to attend a family thing that night that “much more important than wrestling”…..

I’ve seen two ISU UNI duals in the west gym before they apparently are done with it. Fortunately, I was able to take little JM there with me so he could see that place. What a sad deal it may now be retired.

What could ever be more important than wrestling? Especially when it's going to be a top 15 potentially top 10 matchup
