17-49....people trust him as a person, but as a coach it's hard to have as much respect for him now than that of four years ago.

I'm sure they respect him.

I am also sure that if Bill Self or Rick Barnes are competing for a recruit against the current Iowa State staff they are supremely confident they will win. This is a player's league and if you can't recruit them and retain them you are not going to develop a consistent winning program.
