No, you and one other person are saying it shouldn't be the reward. If ISU ever earns a #1 seed or #2 again I sure as hell want them playing as close to Ames/Des Moines as possible.

If you are a #1 seed you should be able to prove that you are #1 away from your home.

But it should be. I want my fans to be as close as possible to campus when they play. If you want a true neutral court game, then don't let fans in the arena's because guess what? Kentucky would have a fan advantage anywhere they'd play.

Not nearly as much as if things were sited neutrally. When teams know where they'll be all season they can buy up the whole arenas except for the allotments.
