Usually mute my microphone, put it on speaker, and work on my putting around the office.

The rubber band target practice is another good idea. You can get some good velocity with a piece of paper folded many times (to increase its thickness) and then shaped into a "V", too.

when people call me and **** me off, i tell them "Hold Please" and transfer them to the fax machine :pbiggrin:
