Dude, it was a decade ago - haven't we been kicked in the nuts enough times over the last 10 years where isn't it about time to give up wounds that old?

Let it go...

Huh?

It was an awesome play, should have been a TD. We got screwed. Awesome game that I'll never forget and certainly never "let go" ...dude.

That made it two games in a row where we could have won if instant replay existed. (Independence Bowl vs Bama and the FSU game) Of course they probably would have ruled against us both times.

What exactly does incessantly and continuously ******** about getting screwed on a play that happened a decade ago accomplish, other than once again for ISU fans to once again raise up the "woe is me; the world is out to get us" complex is fans so often love to wear.
Excuse me if I get tired of wearing the martyr role for such "screw jobs."

Was it a great game? Yes. Was Seneca in? Of course. Is it time to move on? It was time a long time ago...

That play still bothers me too, but not as much as the BLARGER! And the Blager call may have cost us a nat'l championship.

I don't give a flying **** when it was. It was a friggin sweet play and one of the most memorable calls from Pete I'll every remember. Makes me dam near cry hearing him call that play. We got screwed, and yes I'll always mention that to people I show that video to and watch it with. It robbed us of a chance at one of the greatest wins in school history. Is it over? LOL, Um yeah I guess. But I'll never forget it. Just because people bring it up and talk about doesn't mean they are ******** about it.

If we haven't been kicked in the nuts enough lately with the basketball mess why bring up more painful memories involving football too? While we are at it let's find the Tony Yelk kick too...

Maybe ISU should petition the NCAA to review the video footage and overturn the call now that we have instant replay... :jimlad: Then maybe the pain can finally go away.

I was sitting in a suite with the assistant Florida State A.D. He was joking and messing around. Him and his wife were all smiles. The route was on. They were killing us. Then we scored a couple of T.D.'s. Then we started moving the ball again. They look on him and his wifes face was priceless. He then gathered up his stuff. Grabbed his wife and headed down to the field. Seneca scored (They did not count it). The guy came back up to the suite right after the game. He told me he wished FSU fans were like ISU fans. Stay till the end.
Then I went out and made fun of every Florida State fan in a drunken stuper. Telling them that Miami and Florida were going to kick the crap out of them. Basically saying if you can only beat Iowa State by a uncalled Touchdown. You have no prayer against the big boys. Not one of them said anything.

And other than raising your blood pressure and causing you to be ****** off for the rest of the day, what did your whining, temper tantrum-like diatribe accomplish?
