Very, very funny dude. Smacky the Frog is funny as hell. There are a few lists compiled of his funniest one-liners, and they're funny even if you don't know who he is. They're hysterical if you know his act and read them in your head in his voice.
The dude was speedballing, so yes you have a death wish if you partake in speedballing. Even if you don't have a death wish using hard drugs means that you are slowly killing yourself.
As for your analogy- speeding or not you can be killed driving a car. 100% of those that drive could possibly be killed in a vehicle, 0% of those that do not take drugs will die from a drug overdose- so in my mind you are harming yourself on purpose if using drugs which in a way is committing suicide.

The best thing about Mitch is nobody else can tell his jokes. If a bunch of friends are sitting around quoting his albums, none of the jokes are funny because it's not him. I was listening the other day and he had like 5 minutes where not one of the jokes made sense but it was so funny just hearing him tell them.
0% of those that do not drive will die from crashing their car. You need to rethink your analogy. Abstaining from drugs is more analogous to abstaining from driving.
