Dang, ya don't mind a coach here or there taking another job but now it could be getting to the point where Campbell has to replace 2-3 coaches each year. That's tough too and impacts the program. I say all of this knowing it's a good problem to have .

He turned down Florida State a month ago, he’ll probably turn down the 49ers ;)

He isn’t going to get the job but dang… Wish he could. Would be huge I think long term for MC to start growing that coaching tree. Never know when Pauley could help out ISU.

Anyone else getting concerned about the number of interviews and departures we’re hearing about? I get that it’s a good thing your coaches are wanted, but are guys looking around because they don’t think Campbell is long for the job?
Do you really believe there’s some hidden reason he’s interested in an NFL OC position?

Hard to tell from the outside, but I suspect Matt would be as upfront with the staff as he is with the players. Scheelhaus going the Rams was a blow, but how could anyone tell him to not chase that dream.

How many times have you heard Matt talk about how the grass is not always greener on the other side - in reference to portal transfers, but that goes for staff as well. I suspect Matt would be proud of staff taking good jobs, climbing the ladder.
