Haliburton's Pacers advance to the NBA finals, MN United win at Seattle for the first time EVER and solidify their spot in the top three of the MLS Western standings, MN Frost (with Nate Heise's sister) win the PWHL title again, and Cubs win another series and extend their division lead. Other than the T-Wolves being eliminated a pretty good sports week/weekend for me.

EDIT: Almost forgot, Lynx (with BC) move to 7-0, one of only two undefeated teams in the W.
Glad you added the edit info - I watched the last part of that game and didn’t realize until after that they were undefeated.

Not exactly sure.

St Louis Battlehawks aka BattleClones with all their isu representation finished regular season with best record and are in playoffs win good chance to win the UFL title.

My refrigerator is dying. Just moved about as much frozen stuff as I could to the basement freezer. Not what I wanted to wake up to
Not fun.

The end of March I went down in our basement and thought "what's that smell?" We had 2 small chest freezers plugged in to the same outlet. One quit working & tripped the outlet so both weren't working. 150 pounds of ground beef, 2 briskets, a 15 lb turkey, 2 big bags of pulled pork (enough to feed 50+ people), 10 lbs beef sticks....all ruined. (We had butchered 1/2 a beef just a few months before)

Ours quit working this weekend. Luckily, it happened gradually so we were able to save everything. Had to move stuff to the basement freezer, the garage fridge and a small dorm room fridge that's in our basement but we moved into the kitchen so that we don't have to go out to the garage to get everything all the time.
Costco has terrific prices right now, free delivery, haul-away and install.

I quit Costco. I just didn't feel it was worth the yearly fee for a single guy.

Years ago this same fridge stopped working. After it defrosted it started working again. That was 20-25 years ago.

I was guessing as I read through your post that you had recently obtained a side of beef...the 150 lbs of ground beef was kind of a giveaway!
That really sucks losing all of that. :(

How do you pick a brand since all of them seem to be junk now as far as reliability and life span?

Heading to gym. Was 90 out yesterday and currently 55 so, per my commercial bldg HVAC experience, the gym will be cold. Long sleeves workout.
