Hell, for $100 I will cheer for them every game except against ISU. I am pretty ambivalent about them at this point. I don't have the dislike as in Baylor and KU.
If they can give a player a couple mill, I should be able to get 5k to be a big fan.
I went to the state fair to watch my daughter dance yesterday. I had my two boys in a wagon that I pulled them around in. While entering the varied industries building, a lady on a scooter started ramming my wagon and pushed me and the wagon about 3 feet. I thought the kids and I were going to get run over. The lady didn't even apologize.
Way too many people on those scooters and many don't even know how to drive them.

I used one last year. I saw a group of 5-6 20 somethings riding as a pack down by the barns. Racing at top speed.
I used it as a tool; it allowed me to spend the whole day, not just a couple of hours. It blows my mind how many are used for play, not as a physical assist. When I turned mine in, there were at least a half dozen people waiting to rent (with all the scooters rented).

If my great grandma's family info and ancestry are correct, I'm a descendant. Haven't been able to prove anything, though.

Definitely correct! LOL.
It's a little hard to verify some of the ancestry stuff. We did the DNA testing and that has helped, plus made a few discoveries. There's a DNA test to verify if you're actually related to Robert the Bruce. I'm not that into the whole ancestry thing to do that, though. Fun story to tell though.
I know a person who did the 23 and me and then had to have a talk with their mom as it revealed siblings they didn’t know. Their mom finally told them that their dad was not their biological dad. A surprise when your 40 something.
I figured that was Mary Queen of Scots duck. Guess I was wrong. That happens frequently.@VeloClone was the only one who tried. Might have something to do with the time difference. However, the ducks are both male...and I'm not in England. I'm in Scotland. Less beheading happening here.
A number of years ago, my parents went to a gate and wanted to get the scooters. That gate was out of scooters and the attendants gave them the choice of waiting or going to a different gate. Going to a different gate seemed like a terrible idea for somebody that actually needs the scooters.
Careful...those kinds of projects have a habit of getting out of control!
