Never too early to start speculating for 2018. Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats announced a US tour this summer. They're in KC on August 3 and St. Paul on August 5. Hinterland is Aug 3 and 4th this year. Saturday night headliner, perhaps?

Love the idea of Gary Clark Jr. an annual fixture in the lineup. In hindsight, he should have closed the show last year.

Hinterland is more of an Americana based line up and 80/35 is more alternative rock/electric, although each festival has acts that cross over.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Hinterland go after Jason Isbell or Sturgill Simpson.
