Guy I worked with a few years back would listen to Rome every day. Loved him. I didn't care for Rome until I started listening to it with my friend, who then somewhat helped me realize most of that show is just blatant sarcasm, and Rome is so dry it's hard for people to realize. I definitely found myself laughing out loud to his broadcast after finding the rhythm in his humor. Still think he's a jag off.

It's basically like political talk shows on AM radio and fake news networks…except instead of hurting America it's completely harmless and entertaining fun. He can be a very funny observational type of comedian at times too.

I totally agree with this. He is great at what he does. It walks the line of radio trolling for people who don't understand what Rome's brand of humor is.

This is why, when I am in the field and driving mid-day, I listen to Jim Rome show. 3 hours of boring road fly by.
