Makes me think that Fred going to the Bulls is a LOT more about money than anything else.

I wonder what cheapskate JP put on the table for Fred? Would 4 million per year have been enough?

I think Fred probably felt, and rightfully so, that he should be the 2nd highest paid coach in the Big 12.

How many times does it have to be refuted that Fred going to the Bulls was not about money?

I realize Hoiberg has unique ties to Iowa State/Ames in general, and it probably was a goodwill appearance for him on a personal level ... seems like this could only happen at Iowa State.

I like how this is titled about how Fred will make the Bulls better, but none of the article talks about what he does well and only talks about what people hated about Thibs.
