as we know, this wasn't planned for right now. With a recruiting evaluation period this weekend, i wonder if Fred is at all able to go out? This is the second of three July periods.

Yea I was assuming weak attempt to make him look vulnerable but fortunately his recruits probably have never heard of the Rag, since it's a newspaper.

Considering he's recruiting young men, and how they get information, more likely scenario^^^^^
