Switched around the first letters of my first and last name. Cut out my last name, added Cyclone.

I've sometimes wished I could change my user name to Fred Zoidberg. Dunno if it's possible though.

A combo of me and my wife's names. Shortly after I had signed up/joined CF(2006), I thought about changing my username to something a little more anonymous - but didn't know how to go about making the change, so I just stuck with it.
