How many wins consistently should we fans and AD Pollard be comfortable with each year? In no way am I calling for firing CMC, just curious going forward what we expect and what the AD should expect to keep us happy.

Anywhere from 6-8.

The difference between average and even actually decent programs is what we saw today.

For me, it’s not so much how many you win, but how you lose the ones you don’t win. We have so many mistakes, year after year that cost us games, that’s what gets me worried. There are obvious issues we could correct with the OLine, Special teams and play calling/design, but nothing ever changes. It’s the same **** year after year that cost us games.

This year, we probably need to get comfy with the idea of 5 or 6.

There will be down years. We aren't at the point where we are going to get winning records every single year.

This was another 'if you would have told me _____ I would have figured ISU wins comfortably' type game.

Daniels was 7/14 for 93 yards and had 9 yards rushing.

No one else will do that to him this year.

BUT, ISU can't run the ball consistently and looks down right dysfunctional on offense and special teams.

Can’t agree on this enough. Same mistake year after year shows it’s a systemic coaching issue, not a player issue. I’m not smart enough about football to know how to fix it, but I know something needs to change.

Can’t keep doing the same thing over and over again that doesn’t work.

Daniels may not have that bad of a line again but OSU and Baylor and gonna blow out Kansas. They’ll be able to score 40 and hold KU to 20

It all depends for me on the level we play. We should be beating Kansas in football if we make good coaching decisions. We leave so many wins on the table with our poor choices.

Lets give the kids a few weeks to churn and get healthy and finish strong. We'll be bowling this year.

We can piss and moan and lose every game the rest of the year but it’s not any of them aren’t winnable. We are in control of how hard we step on our own d*cks.

We're P5. Even though bowls are stupid and pointless in 2022 we should still expect postseason every year. If we fall below that then the program is failing. That's the lowest any P5 expectations should fall and if winning less than that is an acceptable year then your program is seriously in the mud

Anyone who says 8 (or even more) is completely unrealistic and clearly has no idea what our *actual* situation is. This isn't Athens. This isn't Tuscaloosa. Get a grip.
