New year, new team, same old Milton. It's like a broken record with this guy and every year the team that picks him up acts like they are suprised when the nonsense starts.
I went to a Cubs vs Indians game in June and was sitting in right field right behind MB. It was freaking hilarious. People kept yelling the outs at him and any other insult they could think of. At one point in time, MB took his glove off and offered it to the crowd saying "You think you can do better?" Later on he yelled at the crowd to "Shut the **** up!" too. It was freaking awesome.
Its ridiculous that he has to put up with this while playing at home. This is why the general Cub fan has a bad name in baseball...
Not really. If you are a terrible player you deserve to get yelled at by your own fanbase. Its called caring about our team not individual players.

Fair enough, but aren't there lines that shouldn't be crossed?
Yes, such as gender lines. Parallel lines should NEVER be crossed. Also, I wouldn't cross a picket line unless I was well-armed and prepared to be called a scab.
So if its called caring about the team, and not individual players, shouldn't Cubs fan being booing the entire team, and not the individual player Milton Bradley?
Also, under your logic, Soto should be booed every time he steps to the plate...why has this not happened?
Because Lou has made his fat *** ride the bench?
I hate Milton because he's a bonehead. It didn't help when he was sucking.
I hate the signing if Milton partly because he's a bonehead, but also because he was supposed to be a lefty RBI bat in the middle of the order. Instead, it turns out he's just a HIGHLY overpaid Sam Fuld.

Sam Fuld is a better fielder.
Let's not get carried away - Fuld has made a couple of spectacular grabs, but it's premature to say that he would be a better fielder than Bradley if he was starting. Right field at Wrigley is one of the toughest in the game, and and after some initial growing pains, Milton has done a good job out there this year.
Don't get me wrong, I did, and still do, disagree with the Bradley signing. But I don't condone any fan base booing their own players.

"I'm always the story, whether I hit .500 or hit .100," Bradley said. "Somehow, someway, everything revolves back to me. I guess I'm kind of a big deal or something. People like talking about Milton Bradley. Not to my face, always behind my back."
Bradley said he's misunderstood.
"I just go out there and try to give an honest answer, and I don't know why people can't respect that or respect how I feel," Bradley said. "You can't say that a person's feelings are wrong. That's one thing you can't do. Unless you get paid $30 million to play right field for the Chicago Cubs, then you can't speak on how I feel, because you don't know."
